THERE WAS A TIME WHEN MY OWN BODY WAS A "TICKING TIME-BOMB" OF TENSION, AND IMBALANCE, AND HIDDEN WEAKNESSES.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, INJURIES WERE COMMON.

"ELBOW PAIN", "BACK PAIN", "NECK PAIN", "UNEXPLAINED MUSCLE PAIN"--

-- KNEE SURGERY, ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY, -- ETC.
